Lucie Madore, CIP

Ms. Madore began her career in the insurance industry in 1983 starting out as an underwriter with a major direct writer in Ontario. She returned home to New Brunswick in 1988 to work with another major insurer and it was there her expertise when dealing with people became apparent. She was asked to join their sales force, eventually becoming a manager and ultimately moving into the claims end of the business where she found her true calling. Having achieved her CIP designation, she is working toward her FCIP. She is fluent in both official languages. Ms. Madore has extensive experience handling all lines of insurance claims and specializes in the Casualty side of the business including successful mediations and settlement conferences, Bodily Injury, Accident Benefits as well as Property Liability, CGL, and Products Liability claims. With such a varied background, and with her professionalism and interpersonal skills, she is a great asset to companies looking for excellence in their claims handling requirements. Lucie is an active member of the community with ties to various charity events and in her free time enjoys travel, reading, dancing, running and spending time with her family.
